Redland Spring Festival “Quilt & Craft Exhibition”
Will be held on September 12th, 13th & 14th September
In the Redlands Cultural Centre, Middle St, Cleveland
Now in our sixth year, and having out-grown our previous home in the Cleveland Assembly Hall, our annual Redland Spring Festival Quilt Exhibition will be held in the Redlands Cultural Centre, just a five minute walk from the Cleveland Railway and Bus Station, and a short walk from Cleveland’s shopping, harbourside and restaurant area.
With a larger display area, we are able to hang more quilts than previous years, so we extend an invitation to quilters from outside the Redlands area to provide quilts for hanging along with those of our local quilters!
The Exhibition will be open from 9am to 5pm on Friday 12th and Saturday 13th and from 9am to 3pm on Sunday 14th September. Hanging will take place on Thursday 11th September and judging will be held during Thursday afternoon after hanging.
Prizes have been donated by Bayside StitchCraft, and their suppliers. You can keep up to date with details of the Quilt Exhibition by visiting www.patchworker.com.au website.
Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:

embellishments and must consist of three layers and be quilted through all layers.

embroidery techniques. With the exception of clothing being judged for the

and / or embroidery techniques.
