RETURNS POLICY:
If you are not completely satisified with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days for a full refund (not including freight costs).

WARRANTY CLAIMS:
Every product on baystitch has a manufacturers warranty, usually 12 months but some products may have longer or shorter warranties. To make a warranty claim email us at info@baystitch.com.au and we will take it from there. We handle all warranty claims on behalf of our customers.

We appreciate and respect that some people may have concerns about using their credit card on the Internet or may simply prefer to pay another way. So we have provided a range of payment options which you can select when you Checkout your order, including:

Direct Deposit:
By Phone Banking, Internet Banking or over the counter transfer.

Cheque or Money Order: 
When you place an order you will immediately be sent a Confirmation Email which you can print out, attach your cheque or Money Order to and post or fax to us.

Please note:
The banks take FOUR complete working days to clear a cheque and we cannot send your order until the cheque has been cleared.
We cannot accept cheque or money order payments from overseas because of the high bank charges these attract.
